Vernier

Running in production

Vernier connects the data your organisation already has, checks each source against the others, and turns what it finds into actions a person approves. It is not tied to an industry: anything with an export or an API can be added.

How it works

  • 01

    Connect

Read from the systems you already run, through their exports or APIs. Nothing is replaced.

  • 02

    Check

Match the same customer, site, product or asset across systems and compare. A disagreement is recorded, never averaged away.

  • 03

    Surface

Each morning every role sees its part: what changed, what is out of line, and what it is costing.

  • 04

    Act

The follow-up is drafted. A person approves anything that moves money, changes a record or leaves the building.

Nine areas, checked against each other

What Vernier checks in production today.

  • Sales and transactions

Daily sales per site and item, with discounts, voids and corrections by operator.

  • Third-party platforms

Partners' reported sales checked against what they paid, order by order.

  • Stock

Counts against theoretical stock, variance valued, counts captured on a mobile app.

  • Supply chain

Distribution-centre fill rate, short deliveries and stock in transit.

  • Labour

Schedules built to a labour standard and compared with timecards.

  • People

HR records and the payroll feed, with every view of private details logged.

  • Repairs and equipment

One ticket log, quotes approved by a second person, and an equipment register per site.

  • Property

A lease register, with turnover rent checked against actual sales before the landlord is paid.

  • Finance

Costs and profit per site from the ledger; supplier bills approved by a second person and checked against it.

What you get

  • One view

Scoped by role. Leadership sees the whole, a team lead sees their area.

  • A morning briefing

Yesterday, summarised, before the first meeting.

  • An exceptions list

Every gap between sources, with a cost and an owner.

  • An assistant

Plain-English answers, each figure linked to its source.

How it is governed

Checked, not trusted
Every figure carries its source. A gap between sources is kept, never averaged away.
Honest labels
Nothing found and not checked are never shown as the same answer.
Two people for money
Repair quotes and supplier bills need a second person's approval.
Access by role
Enforced in the database, so changing a link cannot show someone another area. Every override is logged with who and when.
You own it
Your cloud account and your data. The AI model underneath can be swapped without a rebuild.

Ten weeks to the whole organisation

  • 01

    Weeks 1 to 3: Connect

Set up in your cloud account. Connect the first sources. Match customers, sites, products and assets across systems that name them differently.

  • 02

    Weeks 4 to 6: Pilot

One business unit, region or group of sites. Agree with your team what counts as an exception and who acts on it.

  • 03

    Weeks 7 to 10: Everywhere

The rest of the organisation onboarded by role. The assistant switched on. Documentation handed over so your team can run it.

See it against your own data.
